Never Compromise on Quality

Never Compromise on Quality

I joined AIDIS on a temporary contract, but the company president offered me a permanent position, which I was very happy to accept. It was such a pleasant surprise that the boss himself noticed the quality of my work! My main tasks, currently, are character and monster design, and supervision thereof. I created the title logo and main visuals for Last Cloudia. Important tasks like this inevitably come with a lot of pressure, but rather than let it stress me out, I was motivated by it, positively thriving.

People at our workplace are very open to suggestions, but we're also all about quality, so it's not like just any idea will be greenlit. Once your idea does get approved, though, it's quickly taken on board and implemented in the game. You get to see the users' reaction to it, and that in turn inspires you to do even better next time. Your design skills develop faster this way, too.

Feed Your Creativity

Feed Your Creativity

As a designer, I'm always thinking about what we could do to make AIDIS's games even better. I look for inspiration in playing other companies' games, watching lots of movies, and admiring other people's artwork. Without this kind of input your own creativity can only go that far, and your ideas may soon dry up. I think all designers do this, but here at AIDIS you become especially aware that seeking new artistic stimuli is a salient part of your job.

That's why I think it's a great company for highly creative people who love video games. Are you someone who thinks about how to make games even more fun? Come and join us, and you'll have the chance to put your ideas into practice. We'll be happy to welcome you into the fold!
